fix: Update proxy includes and remove obsolete entries

- Added 'include:category-ai-chat-!cn' to _proxy.
- Removed 'blahblaho.com' from the list of domains.
- Commented out 'full:challenges.cloudflare.com' and added 'full:download.mozilla.org' to the full domain list.
